Pullovers, sweaters and coats must be worn out and give a walk for this cold and breezy month right? It’s the time to give justice to our long sleeve apparels after how many months of being kept in our closets. I really reserved this outfit for the months of December to January because I know for sure that it will be cold during that months most especially in our province which is in Ilocos and I am right because I am currently having a flu but since December is my favorite month (the month to escape from work) I will not let this flu ruin my vacation. Dress up because Christmas is just around the corner!

Make this holiday memorable by spending time with your loved ones and spread good vibes.

 Merry Christmas!

The night before our trip to New York City, I already prepared what am I going to wear and I wanted the  shades of nudity or skin tone to make a little change because in my previous blogs I always wear bright and pastel colors so for this time I wanted something classy and elegant since we will be going to New York City, my dream city. It didn’t give me hard time to accessorize my outfit because you can almost match it with all colors but make sure to limit your colors too so your outfit won’t be too colorful. So for me I add  golden collar necklace which I got from my friend when I was in high school during my 18th birthday and also I paired it with pastel colored bangles and short strap timex watch which I got it from my mom. Then for my shoes I want something comfortable so I choose this leopard doll shoes from Rusty Lopez because for sure we will be having a long walk around New York.

Just a reminder, always wear something comfortable when you are going on a trip so you would enjoy your day!

After the consul approved in my application for US Visa, the first thing I did was to do my travel bucket list and New York City was on the top of my list. If you have read my previous blog, you will notice that I always say that my wish is to see New York City and have a picture on the Statue of Liberty and here you go that dream came true (teary eyes hahahaha). We had a long walk going to Ellis, Island to buy tickets for the ferry going to the Statue of Liberty. Actually, It’s my first time to ride in a ferry and it’s very awesome even though it’s crowded because we stayed on the view deck of the ferry to feel the ambiance. I actually grabbed the opportunity when I was there, I stayed there for about 2-3 hours just in the Statue of Liberty and took a lot of pictures and feel the moment with Ms. Liberty. Well, Statue of Liberty was a worthy place to visit and I will surely visit this place again!

Months before my flight going to United States of America, they always ask me what are my travel plans after my work and travel program and this is what I always answer “No matter what happens I will step on New York City” and there you go I made it to New York City! I was able to see the Big Apple City. I never thought in my entire life that I will be able to step on United States of America and be there independent. But this program helped me a lot in terms of decision-making, household chores, giving importance of money,  to your family and loved ones and most especially embracing the blessings that God had given to us.

Going back to my my tour in New York, I didn’t sleep in the bus until we got there because the Greyhound bus was very beautiful so the travel was not tiresome. We had a long walk going to the ferry in Ellis Island but it’s quite good that we had a long walk because I was able to took pictures on the streets of New York before riding a ferry going to the Statue of Liberty. You can see in the pictures how happy I am that day. Well New York City is same as Metro Manila in terms of population where in you can see people on rush and busy.

It’s travel Tuesday again! I’ve been excited for this trip because I do believe that the best way to live life to the fullest is to see the world by means of travelling that’s why no wonder I entered the world of tourism and thanks to Ate Minette for the warm welcome and of course for being my tour guide. I really enjoyed this trip because I saw a lot of my favorite outlet stores like Nike, Adidas, Forever21, Guess and H&M and that means It’s shopping time.

I never thought I would be able to visit Atlantic City because of busy schedule in work and it took almost 4 hours drive going to Atlantic City from Baltimore, Maryland.

Atlantic City is one of the best city to visit and to live in because it is known for its boardwalk, beach and casinos.
