Have you thought about what to wear this Valentine’s Day? I know girls are going crazy right now because only few days left ’til heart’s day and I exactly know how you feel girls. Just a reminder not to stress out yourself just because of that. Remember that we need to look fresh on that special day because for sure we all wanted to look perfect in the eyes or our special someone because who knows that will be one of your happiest days in life. To be honest, I always look forward on this occasion and that includes sweet messages, chocolates, flowers, serenade and surprises either from a special someone, friend or family.
Moving on to my main topic which is what to wear on this special day, of course we all wanted to impress our admirer and sweethearts whether you’re going to spend it outdoor or dining by candlelight. There’s no denying that Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to put on a standout ensemble but of course comfort should always be prioritized. Glitz and glamour, edgy, classy and girly chic, that’s all the style we wanted to achieve but for me I suggest to go for the classy one since it’s all about romance and that includes red color. Any top, dress or skirt which is red is good to go. Just accessorized it with any gold or silver to achieved that classy look for romantic dinner dates just like my photos below. In addition to that, don’t forget to smile, be confident and laugh because a bored expression on you won’t never look great.
Scroll down to sneak my style.
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!

Can you make a guess what’s new in my playlist for this month? Giving you some hints: (1) something that goes with party vibe or can make you groove and (2) sang by popular international icons. I was addicted to these songs lately after I went to Ampersand Bar in Baguio City together with my highschool friends. Maybe I just had so much fun that night because that’s our first night out together with my highschool besties at the bar- dancing, making a booty shake, giggle with no poise and of course drinking ’cause we’re just enjoying our lives as we are now graduates and now we belong in the world of professionals. I just have a short story to tell what really happened that night that I couldn’t forget and this is all about my friends, actually they really don’t dance eversince but I was able to take them at the dance floor making some booty shake infront of the DJ! Congrats guys I’m so proud of you that night. That’s another achievement for me yey! And don’t you know that they still have a duty the following day but they were able to make it but I’m not sure if they were still high during their duty hahaha.
So why don’t you scroll down and see what’s new in my playlist and see if we have the same taste of music 🙂

I opted to wear a designer top since I it’s a fashion show and I like how designers remains the simple yet classic type so my top was from designer Alexander J. Bitong and paired it with a maxi skirt from an online shop at http://www.rosegal.com. I choose to be in a monochromatic style for this event because obviously in a fashion shows, black and white ensembles really do stand out. Everyone will be in their best edgy look. This is not really my style but I guess I have to consider also the event where I am going in choosing my style and I think I was able to surpass the monochromatic challenge. Since it’s an all black challenge, good thing I have this black pair of heels from Kenneth Cole and this one is one of favorite pair of shoes most especially in attending events because it’s very light and easy to carry though it’s high and I don’t have to carry flat shoes anymore. Plus I got the chance to use this Coach bag that I got from my tita as my Christmas gift because as I’ve told you earlier I don’t have to bring a pair of flats anymore so now just my foundation, camera, purse and cellphone you will see inside my bag.

This is the perfect time to thank and be thankful to everyone who’s with my journey this year 2014 from my family, friends and my blog readers. I have to thank a lot of people for my achievements this year. First on the list is my family for their unending love and support who always supports me in everything I do from school activities to my passion in blogging. My mom who never fails to support my decisions, who never dragged me down and who never get tired of taking my outfit shots and please just stay like that mom. My dad who keeps our family relationship tight and keeps fighting and made my brother and I well discipline. My brother whom the achiever of the family and my role model because of what he achieved at his very young age. Second would be my highschool, college and blogger friends who always makes me laugh and supports my passion in blogging by taking my outfit shots, thank you for being supportive! I hope we’ll continue our friendship for many more years to come. Third would be our God for giving me lot of good memories to be thankful such as giving me the opportunity to be in United States by myself for 3 months at a very young age, making my wishes for my family come true and giving me lessons to learn. This year would be very special to me and hoping that my year 2015 would be as lucky as year 2014! More memories to be shared this 2015!
On my street style outfit, cardigans on waist is a new trend for casual because of the moody weather. Cardigans in terms of fashion is a two-way, either you wear them on your shoulders or on your waist but for me I decided to put it on my waist so I could give emphasis on my top and also we headed up to a restaurant for my highschool friend’s bday celebration so hello calories and carbs so I guess i have to cover up my tummy hahaha

Pullovers, sweaters and coats must be worn out and give a walk for this cold and breezy month right? It’s the time to give justice to our long sleeve apparels after how many months of being kept in our closets. I really reserved this outfit for the months of December to January because I know for sure that it will be cold during that months most especially in our province which is in Ilocos and I am right because I am currently having a flu but since December is my favorite month (the month to escape from work) I will not let this flu ruin my vacation. Dress up because Christmas is just around the corner!
Make this holiday memorable by spending time with your loved ones and spread good vibes.
Merry Christmas!

My nightmare (thesis) was already over so it means I will be having more time in blogging and I am already away from stress (a big horray for that). By the way, this is what I wore when we had a family dinner last Sunday in Megamall Atrium. Actually I was planning to use that polo for our thesis defense for the following day but my groupmates decided to use our practicum uniform instead. Good thing my brother decided to treat us last Sunday that’s why I still got the chance to use that polo from Bayo and the weather cooperated because it was a little bit cozy. Well, florals are still my thing so I decided to match my top with a floral skirt since my top was just plain white. One thing I’ve learned from this outfit post was Polo can be match with anything, it can turn it into girly, formal or even edgy kind of look.
How about you how will you match your polo?
