How you dress on a date is pretty important. You must attract your date and be the prettiest girl that night. Make sure that you are his center of attraction and make a great impression. Of course, we all want to look good in front of our admirers so dress up and be a stunner. Honestly, I don’t go out on a date because no one’s asking me for a date or maybe they always saw me busy that’s why no one’s offering me to go out on a date (I am not kidding). Maybe that’s the reason why I hate relationships because as of now I don’t have time for it and I do believe that the right guy (My dream guy) will come at the right time.

¬†So for today’s blog, I will give some tips and ideas on what to wear if you are going out on a date. The most important tip I can offer to ladies is to wear a dress or a skirt. Remember that in a man’s eyes, wearing a dress or skirt shows our feminine and sexy side. You will notice a big difference in the reactions you can get from men. Believe in me! Another tip I can give is to have a pair of heels but make sure to have a heels that you are comfortable to wear. Never mind if that heels is just a 2 inches high at least you can afford to walk far with your date right? Another tip is to choose the right color. Choose a color that suits your skin and personality either white, pink, red or black. But for me I would prefer white for cleanliness or pink that symbolizes feminine look. Lastly, put a little make-up. Foundation, shades of brown eye shadow, blush-on and a lipstick will do.

Hoping that this writing helped you on your date this Valentines Day.

Happy Valentines Day! Enjoy your day with your loved ones ūüôā

Long sleeves or jackets are really all-around. You can still use them during sunny days. Just tie them on your waist and you’re now set for a get away outfit. No much effort in need! Right?¬†

About my outfit, I added long sleeves on my waist to cover up my tummy so I could use this sofia crop top which I got it from RipplesbyJenny so it won’t show too much of my skin and of course so I could feel comfortable doing my errands. To complete my urban OOTD, I paired it with boots from Forever21 because it was a little bit stocked in my shoe closet. The last time I used this boots was when I was in USA during their winter season. And now that I got the perfect outfit of the day to match this boots and here it goes plus handcuff and airplane necklace from FashionSpiceManila!¬†

Is it yay or nay?

The night before our trip to New York City, I already prepared what am I going to wear and I wanted the ¬†shades of nudity or skin tone to make a little change because in my previous blogs I always wear bright and pastel colors so for this time I wanted something classy and elegant since we will be going to New York City, my dream city. It didn’t give me hard time to accessorize my outfit because you can almost match it with all colors but make sure to limit your colors too so your outfit won’t be too colorful. So for me I add ¬†golden collar necklace which I got from my friend when I was in high school during my 18th birthday and also I paired it with pastel colored bangles and short strap timex watch which I got it from my mom. Then for my shoes I want something comfortable so I choose this leopard doll shoes from Rusty Lopez because for sure we will be having a long walk around New York.¬†

Just a reminder, always wear something comfortable when you are going on a trip so you would enjoy your day!

After the consul approved in my application for US Visa, the first thing I did was to do my travel bucket list and New York City was on the top of my list. If you have read my previous blog, you will notice that I always say that my wish is to see New York City and have a picture on the Statue of Liberty and here you go that dream came true (teary eyes hahahaha). We had a long walk going to Ellis, Island to buy tickets for the ferry going to the Statue of Liberty. Actually, It’s my first time to ride in a ferry and it’s very awesome even though it’s crowded because we stayed on the view deck of the ferry to feel the ambiance. I actually grabbed the opportunity when I was there, I stayed there for about 2-3 hours just in the Statue of Liberty and took a lot of pictures and feel the moment with Ms. Liberty. Well, Statue of Liberty was a worthy place to visit and I will surely visit this place again!

Months before my flight going to United States of America, they always ask me what are¬†my travel plans after my work and travel program and this is what I always answer “No matter what happens I will step on New York City” and there you go I made it to New York City! I was able to see the Big Apple City. I never thought in my entire life that I will be able to step on United States of America and be there independent. But this program helped me a lot in terms of decision-making, household chores, giving importance of money, ¬†to your family and loved ones and most especially embracing the blessings that God had given to us.¬†

Going back to my my tour in New York, I didn’t sleep in the bus until we got there because the Greyhound bus was very beautiful so the travel was not tiresome. We had a long walk going to the ferry in Ellis Island but it’s quite good that we had a long walk because I was able to took pictures on the streets of New York before riding a ferry going to the Statue of Liberty. You can see in the pictures how happy I am that day. Well New York City is same as Metro Manila in terms of population where in you can see people on rush and busy.¬†

It’s my first time to ride in a bus in the United States so I was a little bit scared ¬†going to Philadelphia from Baltimore, Maryland. We took the Megabus and it’s very affordable and convenient. We only paid $17 going to Philadelphia which is about 3 hours drive from our state (Maryland). ¬†I was able to see also the 30th Street Philly Station of Amtrak which is very classy inside. Good thing my supervisor grant my four days leave, lucky me to have a nice supervisor. Shopping here and there was my peg during my stay in Philly and New Jersey. I spent all my salary for that week. I think New Jersey was meant to me because of free tax, so I was able to buy clothes, shoes and bags in my favorite brands and they are all on sale like Forever21, H&M, Aldo, Kenneth Cole, Guess and a lot more. ¬†

Finally I got the chance to visit the United States Naval Academy which is located in Annapolis, Maryland and about 1 hour drive from our home in US. We got this tour for free and thanks to our company-Baltimore Country Club for giving us the opportunity to witness the beauty of United States. United States Naval Academy is the second oldest service academy. What I love most in the US Naval Academy is the entire campus is a home to many historic sites, buildings and monuments and also it is a National Historic Landmark.  Thanks also to our tour guide Mistress Debbie for having a long patience because she is having a hard time to tour us the whole academy because of too long of taking pictures hahahaha and one thing more I have to share with you maybe you are wondering why I called the tour guide Mistress Debbie, well the word mistress corresponds to miss/ms/mrs but they are more favor of using the title to a person the word Mistress because of formality and we are very shocked of what Mistress Debbie shared to us that the people in Annapolis they only take a bath twice a year because the water is dirty and they usually get sick every time they take a bath more than twice a year so instead of taking a bath everyday they use scented herbs to make them feel fresh.
